In the spotlight at the Ingram Micro Cloud Awards
Rhiannon & LAB3 recognised for leadership and delivery
At the Ingram Micro Cloud Summit ‘22 held in Miami, Florida, LAB3 shone in the Solutions Partner MVP “IaaS” category and Rhiannon Tunstall won the Women in Cloud Female Leader of the Year Award, APAC region.
Fearless in her approach, it is no surprise Rhiannon Tunstall stood out for Ingram Micro Cloud. As the LAB3 Head of Client Engagement, she has a tenacious drive to achieve more for clients, and Rhiannon has significantly contributed to the growth of the LAB3 business along the way.
“The Female Leader of the Year award recognizes an individual female trailblazer who has demonstrated innovation, leadership, and positive influence within her business,” says Pandrea Mullens, Vice President, Human Resources, Ingram Micro Cloud
Indeed, Rhiannon was instrumental behind building the technology partnership between Ingram Micro Cloud and LAB3, which was established in 2021. Her goal was to create greater value for clients through growing the LAB3 CSP Business Model. And Rhiannon immediately set about accessing the advantages for new key strategic clients (including a global ISV, a neo bank, and strategic defense and FSI clients).
When it comes to client engagement, Rhiannon is not only motivated to achieve sales targets but aims to help each client solve a problem or achieve a goal, and drive greater value from technology.
“It might sound a bit corny, but I do feel like I make a difference for clients,” says Rhiannon. “I find it rewarding to deliver tangible results which transform their businesses.” She also relishes being in a leadership role, keeping the team united and motivating the people around her to thrive in their careers.
“In winning the award, this is more than about me, but a reflection of the amazing people who I work alongside – including within the Ingram Micro Cloud sphere, and of course our clients and their technology teams,” says Rhiannon
“I have felt very respected in my role and have been trusted to push boundaries, with people supporting me wholeheartedly to reach great outcomes together.”
LAB3 is committed to ensuring women achieve in their tech careers. With Microsoft as anchor cloud partner, last year Rhiannon took up the opportunity participate in Thriving Women, the Microsoft leadership program specifically designed for women already in management roles.
Without doubt, with her business acumen, Rhiannon has significantly influenced the hyper-growth at LAB3.
“Rhiannon has brought energy and clarity to strategic direction, and in her approach to partnerships, she leads by nurturing relationships,” says David Boyes, LAB3 CEO
Rhiannon had a major role to play behind LAB3 being recognised in the Solutions Partner MVP “IaaS” category at the Cloud Summit.
The various MVP awards honour the success of top performers who have measurably exhibited an elite ability in delivering powerful, digitally transformative, solutions through the Ingram Micro Cloud Marketplace.
